Advanced Ortho Systems, LLC is a fast growing, closely held company with current openings for talented, experienced, and motivated people to fill these positions on our rapidly expanding team:

NETWORK ENGINEER (No opening at this time)

Requires minimum of 3 years experience with the following: installing, configuring, administering, implementing, and trouble shooting local and wide area networks using Windows 2003 Server. Terminal Services. 

SALES REPRESENTATIVE: (1 Opening)

Requires experience with orthodontic software. Must be highly ethical, personable, and computer literate. A knowledge of orthodontic operations is more important than a sales background. Light travel required.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT - SOFTWARE (No opening at this time)

Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in supporting Windows-based software. Must be very personable, patient, and people-oriented. Experience with databases and Microsoft Office a plus.

TRAINERS - SOFTWARE (No openings at this time)

Requires a minimum of 2 years experience working in an orthodontic practice. Must be highly professional, computer literate, very personable, patient, people-oriented, and willing to follow a well-defined curriculum. At least 50% travel required. (Relocation may not be required.)

DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

Duties: Supervise and motivate the sales representatives and direct all sales activities. Develop sales and marketing campaigns. Process and maintain all the leads generated by the sales representatives and the company's marketing programs, seminars, expos, exhibits, etc. Provide system proposals for prospective clients. Be responsible for the design and content of exhibits at meetings and/or conventions. Prepare the annual sales and marketing forecast and budget. Responsible for the review and approval and/or denial of sales representatives' travel expense reports before they are submitted for payment.

Requirements: Minimum of a BS degree in business or marketing (or closely related field) and 5 years experience in selling computerized systems to orthodontists.

EMPLOYMENT LOCATION

The job location for the above positions is Palmdale, California, located approximately 68 miles northeast of Los Angeles. Palmdale is in the Antelope Valley, a fast growing area at the base of the San Gabriel mountains in the high desert (2,665 feet above sea level). In the winter, you can go Alpine skiing in the morning and visit the beach in the afternoon. Housing is plentiful and moderately priced and the cost of living is one of the lowest in southern California.
