Patient Information

Key patient information is always readily available, even on
the patient list, making it very easy for the doctor and staff to serve
patients.
Check-In
Patients can check-in electronically with Program Director.
The Check-In station displays the names and color photos (if desired and/or
available) of patients due in at that particular time.
Patient check-in is controlled by password or fingerprint scanning.
For
practices that do not wish to allow patients to check themselves in, Program
Director makes it easy for the staff to check in the patient.
On-Deck
The On-Deck system alerts the staff that the
checked-in patient is available and waiting.
The patient name, chair, scheduled procedure and number of units, appointment time, and
time of check-in, are all displayed. When the patient is seated the chair-side assistant clicks the
SEATED button and the time is recorded.
If the ASSISTANT IN/DOCTOR IN buttons are used, the system records the
total time actually spent in treating the patient.
(Although using the Doctor In and Assistant In buttons furnishes the practice with valuable information, their use is optional.)
Recalls
Program Director's recall system tracks patients in the practice from the first phone call until treatment is completely finished. Patient recalls are allowed from such treatment stages as:
- Active Treatment
- Observation
- Retention Treatment, etc.
- Will Call Back
The recall function tracks patients that have not responded to your communications and will generate any of the following:
- Envelopes
- Mailing Labels
- Recall Cards
- Mailing List - Demographic or Financial
Referral Tracking
Tracking referrals can help increase the referral base of your practice. The referral tracking features include:
- Informing the staff when a patient refers a new patient, the name of the referred patient, and the total number of patients referred.
- Graphical presentation of the practice's top referral sources for a range of dates.
- Demographic presentation of the top referral sources for a range of dates.
- Reports listing patients and the production earned from each of those patients, and each referral as a whole, for any range of dates.
- Unlimited types of referral sources, i.e., Patient, Dentist, Parents, Ads, etc.
